Cookie policy

This website uses as few cookies as possible. There’s no analytics, no advertising and no social media tracking. This page lists exactly what’s there.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed to make a site work. Others are used to track visitors or show adverts; we don’t use those.

Cookies on this website

We last checked this website on 28 October 2026. On a normal visit to our pages, including the contact and health check forms, no cookies were set at all. The only cookies this website can set are these:

Cookie Set by What it does How long it lasts Type
__Host-stackprotect_state StackProtect, our host’s security system (20i) Only set if the security system decides to check a visit (for example, unusual traffic), so you aren’t checked again on every page. It wasn’t set during our check. 20 minutes Strictly necessary
wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_…, wp-settings-… WordPress Only set when someone logs in to the website’s admin area. Visitors don’t get these. From the end of the browser session up to 1 year Strictly necessary

Our contact and health check forms (Gravity Forms) didn’t set any cookies when we tested them, and the site doesn’t store anything in your browser’s local storage.

No. The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) says websites must ask before setting cookies, except cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work or for a service you’ve asked for. Everything above falls into that group, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner here.

If we ever add analytics or anything else that isn’t strictly necessary, we’ll ask for your permission before it runs and update this page.

Other services that load on our pages

A few files load from other services. They don’t set cookies, but like any web request they see your IP address:

  • Google Fonts: the fonts used on this site
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare): the icon set
  • jsDelivr: the code behind some of the animation effects

Our privacy policy explains more about these services.

Client portals

Our hosting control panel and client portal are separate websites, run on 20i and SuiteDash. They set their own cookies when you log in, and their cookie notices cover those.

Controlling cookies

You can view and delete cookies, or block them altogether, in your browser settings. If you block the security cookie above, you may be checked more often or not be able to load the site.
